How can I purchase online?
You just need to go on our website, choose your product, enter a quantity, and click on "Add to cart".
The products will be added to your cart; at anytime the quantity of products can be modified and the items removed. Once you choose your products, you will be asked your preferred payment method; besides you will see the shipping fee. The shipping fee changes depending on the destination country applying the courier method, estimating weight and volume; the weight in the product details was indicated by our suppliers. When you confirm the order, you will have to enter your data, then your order will be active;
It's important to check the accuracy of your email because it is the fastest and most immediate way of communication between us.


How does the credit card payment method work?
The customer completes the order through a few forms. The last screen will redirect the customer to the secure server of the Banca Popolare di Sondrio. Here in the protected area (a locked padlock icon will be displayed by your browser) the customer will type his/her credit card details. No one will have access to your credit card information in accordance with the privacy policy. Once your credit card has been verified, your order will be processed immediately. For massive orders please contact us, so that we can verify product availability.


How does the bank transfer payment method work?
Once you confirm your order, you will be sent a confirmation order email with the details of the transaction; in order to confirm product availability, please contact us. The payments by bank transfer must be effected to the bank account indicated in the confirmation order; you can check at the page Bank transfer payment. Your order will be processed once the payment has been credited to our bank account.


Sarà rispettato il mio diritto di recesso?
Naturalmente sì. Può esercitare il diritto di recesso il cliente che agisce per scopi non riferibili all'attività professionale eventualmente svolta. Il cliente potrà recedere dal contratto di vendita senza alcuna penalità (escluse le spese dei trasporti, e le spese per la preparazione ordine quantificate a forfait in Euro 5,00) e senza specificarne i motivi entro il termine di dieci giorni lavorativi decorrente dal giorno del loro ricevimento. Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio di una comunicazione scritta presso il nostro indirizzo mediante raccomandata a/r. La comunicazione può essere inviata anche mediante telegramma e fax a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata a/r entro le 48 ore successive.

Where, how and when will the products be delivered?
The products will be delivered to the place you indicate during your purchase, within 3/4 days from the shipping day and, depending on product availability, by courier.
It is important to authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package anytime on working days (Monday to Friday) and time.


Will I receive an invoice for my online purchase?
Yes, you will be sent an invoice together with the products covered by warranty according to the Italian law.
